We use PostHog to understand how the application is used. PostHog is hosted in the European Union; event data does not leave EU servers. We enable PostHog's IP-anonymisation setting, so your IP address is not recorded.
When you connect a wallet, the wallet address (an EVM address or a Cardano stake address) is sent to PostHog as your identifier for that browser. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous, on-chain identifiers — they are not tied to your name, email, or any off-chain personal information by us. You can disconnect your wallet at any time, which clears the identifier from PostHog for that browser.
The cookie consent banner controls how the identifier is stored in your browser. If you accept, we persist an anonymous ID inlocalStorageso we can recognise the same browser across visits. If you decline, we keep the ID in memory only for the current page session — no browser storage is written, and aggregate counts still flow without identifying anything that survives a tab close.
